We took a ride on the bus! We were part of the Connective Corridor’s “In Motion” series yesterday, April 19, riding the bus from the Goldstein Center on South Campus to the West Side Learning Center on Gifford Street in the heart of the Near West Side. Since Centro doesn’t encourage dancing while the bus is in motion, our dancers made plenty of music along with the musicians, clapping hands, stomping feet and singing along. It was amazing to see the city of Syracuse go by while making music from the south of Spain.

We had a fabulous evening of Flamenco and Fun at Rio Tomatlan Mexican Restaurant in Canandaigua, NY last night. Puente Flamenco put on a terrific Flamenco performance which we all (10 of us mothers and daughters) loved!! The musicians , singers, and dancers are all wonderful and we can’t wait to see Puente Flamenco perform again!! Yummy food too!!
